-Personality/Backstory-

Prince Apoc is very calm and collected form of evil. His ability to love and his ability to hate have a terrible frequency of colliding. His introvert, melancholic-phlegmatic attitude causes him to hold in the feelings that lead to his evil.

He rebelled against the forces of his father and that of Princess Celestia so that he can be with the one he loved, Princess Luna. Princess Celestia wished for her sister to not be with Prince Apoc for she knew of his twisted ways.

Prince Apoc did not take Princess Celestia's attempt to protect her sister well. He met with Luna and convinced her that Princess Celestia was controlling and unfair and that Luna's night would never be appreciated if Celestia's day still existed. With that, Princess Luna allowed Nightmare Moon to possess her and thus she was exiled to the moon.

Prince Apoc stayed in hiding until he knew Princess Luna would be the same. When he saw that Luna had changed, he came out of hiding to exact his revenge on Princess Celestia and, eventually, the Mane Six.
